In line with its commitment to strengthening national competencies and advancing insurance practices in the Kingdom, the Insurance Authority, in collaboration with Lloyd’s Academy, has launched a specialized training camp in Riyadh.

The Lloyd’s Academy Boot Camp, which officially kicks off today, aims to enhance professional expertise within the insurance sector through a series of intensive sessions. The opening day will introduce participants to the structure of the Lloyd’s market, the roles of underwriters and brokers, practical simulation exercises, and insights into claims management and settlement processes.

The program will continue with in-depth training on key insurance sectors, including marine, energy, casualty, and construction. These sessions are designed to promote international best practices and elevate technical capabilities among participants.

Led by a team of distinguished industry experts, the boot camp reflects a strategic initiative to build a highly skilled and knowledgeable national workforce in the insurance industry.
